Building on over 40 years of experience, the Brianza-based group has made research, innovation, and sustainability its primary objectives and has successfully established numerous national and international partnerships on ambitious projects.

With this new name, we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of highlighting what makes us unique: our ability to adapt to customer and market needs to remain competitive and active at the development of innovative solutions, while staying true to our values and objectives.”

The new structure brings together its long-standing business operations:
- Nordgas: remains the commercial brand reserved for the HVAC sector.
- Spacecannon: ceases to be a separate company, becoming a direct part of the group and remains the brand reserved for the lighting sector.
- AET80: is also the brand that handles services in the EMS sector.
- IoTherm: specializes in the production of heating system management systems.
- Volta: a brand focused on artificial intelligence.
