Al Jazeera is the national television network created by the Emir of Qatar, Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani. Al Jazeera was born from the Emir’s desire to transform Qatar into the cultural center of the region, in order to give the country greater importance in Middle Eastern politics.

Goal: energy saving
The issues reported by the technicians and lighting designers were primarily related to energy consumption: just to illuminate a portion of the garden, 6000W metal halide projectors were used, consuming a total of 18kW.
The solution: Rainbow I and eColor40 products
Spacecannon was able to solve the problem by illuminating the same area with less than 3 kW thanks to Rainbow I and eColor40 products.
- LRainbow II, ecolor-line 900 and ecolor12 were used to highlight walls, bushes, and palm trees.
- Rainbow III it was chosen to illuminate the logo.
