Driven by their entrepreneurial spirit, brothers Gianmario and Marco Invernizzi founded Ineco, a start-up dedicated to revolutionizing the heating sector.
Gas boilers
Thanks to an intensive research and development effort, the company introduces the first analog electronic boards for gas boiler management to the market.
Digital boards
Constant investment in research on new technologies allows the company to launch innovative microcontroller-based digital electronic boards onto market.
Patents
Development of solutions for the HVAC sector continues: 13 patents for new and innovative boiler management systems have been filed in a few years.
Europe Leader
The company reaches a workforce of 200 employees and becomes a European leader, producing over 40% of wall-mounted boiler control panels.
Acquisition
Ineco's strong growth attracts the attention of Honeywell, a US multinational, which decides to acquire the company and relocate production.
Nordgas
The Invernizzi brothers establish a new company with the aim of producing an innovative valve for the HVAC sector. Nordgas is born with its headquarters in Valmadrera.
Mabel
Nordgas grows rapidly thanks to the decision to acquire Roberto Massina's Mabel company, specialized in the development and production of electronic boards.
Annone Brianza
The increasing of orders and demand make it necessary to increase production capacity. A new plant with production lines has been built in Annone Brianza.
Herte
The group expands: the Herte company is born and a company with strong skills in the EMS assembly sector is acquired: Drive Technology, based in Morbegno.
Costa Masnaga
Nordgas increases its business volume and the need for a new relocation arises: the Costa Masnaga production site is born, the Group's current headquarters.
Spacecannon
Spacecannon, a leading company in the architectural lighting sector, is acquired. The group thus opens the doors to the lighting sector.
Arad
The Group decides to expand its production capacity and build a new plant abroad. It thus establishes SNE Europe with headquarters in Arad, Romania.
Industry 4.0
Investments are allocated for Industry 4.0 for the assembly lines of the Costa Masnaga headquarters and a complete EMC pre-compliance laboratory is born.
Certifications
The Group adopts the Kaizen philosophy and applies it to all internal business processes. Thus achieves the standards to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Expansion
The space at the Costa Masnaga headquarters is insufficient to accommodate new production lines: the plant area is therefore expanded by an additional 1500m².
Innovation
The spinoff Kamor Engineering is added to the Nordgas group's activities and production capacity is increased by adding a new SMT line.
AET80
AET80 inherits Nordgas's legacy and invests in ODM and EMS solutions. It obtains ISO 14001 certification and establishes itself as a partner for managing the entire production cycle.
