Our method

From design to finished product. A single partner.

A single point of contact throughout the entire electronic and mechatronic supply chain: from the initial idea to production, from the first series to final testing. No handoffs between different suppliers, no dilution of responsibility. Each phase communicates with the next, because the same team follows them all.

Most EMS and engineering firms execute the phases you entrust to them and stop there, as they lack the overall vision and experience necessary for the development and industrialisation of an electronic / mechatronic product. We have been designing complex products for over 40 years, and this changes how we move in every phase: we know what is needed downstream while we are still working upstream. That is why we anticipate a production problem during the design phase, and we evaluate a design choice while already thinking about testing.

You can enter the process from wherever you are: with an idea, a project, a prototype, or a production run that needs fixing. From there onwards, this is the path.

We design, we don’t just execute

This is where the difference begins. We develop hardware, firmware and mechatronics starting from the concept or working alongside your technical team. We don’t just receive a finalised design to assemble: we step into design choices when they really matter, when modifying them costs little and affects the rest of the cycle.

It is in this phase that we apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Cost (DFC): we analyse the project to reduce waste, Bill of Materials (BOM) costs, and time-to-market before the product even physically exists. A hard-to-source component, a layout that will generate serial defects, a choice that complicates testing: we see it now, not once production has started.

You reach production with a project already designed to be manufactured, not with a prototype that will have to be corrected under pressure.

From the first piece to the series, without surprises

The leap between a prototype that works in the lab and stable production is where most projects get complicated. We manage it with rapid prototyping and a structured New Product Introduction path: we bring the product into production by optimising manufacturing processes, so the behaviour of the series replicates that of the prototype.

The transition to the series stops being a risk and becomes a managed process, with those who designed it working alongside those who produce it.

High-precision production, designed for repeatability

SMT assembly and high-precision THT, with process controls that guarantee maximum uniformity and consistent quality for every piece. Traceability accompanies every phase: for every board, we know what was done, when, and with which parameters.

Quality does not depend on the individual operator or a single day. The process guarantees it, and it is documented.

✓ High-precision SMT and THT assembly

✓ Full process traceability (IPC 1782 Standard Level 2 and Level 3)

Every board verified. Every data point tracked

Testing is not a final random check: it is a structured phase on fully automatic lines. In-circuit and functional tests, flying probe for ICT testing, custom fixtures when the product requires it. For every serial number, a record remains of what was verified and the measured values—the same method we have applied for decades to regulated safety products.

You receive a product verified one by one, with supporting documentation—not a promise of quality, but data.

Recognised standards, safety by design

The cycle concludes in compliance with standards: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes, technical personnel trained according to IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610. We boast over 40 years of experience in products subject to stringent regulations—flame controls, burners, boiler safety—and that method of certification and traceability is now available for every product you entrust to us.

You bring a compliant product to market, with a partner that knows regulated safety from the inside.
