Job Description
Electronics Production and Industrialisation Technician
We are looking for someone who wants to grow electronic production with us. At AET80, we design and create electronic solutions for clients seeking quality, reliability, and technical expertise. To strengthen our production department, we are looking for a curious, practical, and technology-passionate individual who wishes to become a key reference for electronic product production processes and industrialisation. We are not just looking for someone to program machines. We are looking for someone who wants to understand how to improve processes, solve problems, collaborate with different departments, and contribute to the company’s growth. What you will do: You will join the technical-production team and play a central role in introducing new products and optimising production activities. Your responsibilities will include: preparing and managing production on SMT and THT automatic lines; supporting the industrialisation of new products; collaborating with the technical office, purchasing, warehouse, and production; identifying opportunities for process improvement; contributing to the definition of equipment, procedures, and working methodologies; assisting and supporting production operators; participating in the resolution of technical and organisational issues. ✓ Educational Qualification
Technical Diploma
✓ Professional Experience
An individual with a technical background in electronics or electrical engineering and with experience, even if not extensive, in the electronic assembly sector.
✓ Skills
Eager to learn and get involved; approaches problems with a practical mindset; a team player; organised and autonomous; interested in continuously improving processes and results.
